Bring your business to Vets Summer Fest this year! To celebrate Operation Chillout’s 25th year of service, we are inviting a variety of vendors to join our event with discounted fees. A basic outdoor space is now a $25 donation! Vasa Park will be providing hot food and a cash bar for VSF25. We have some food trucks/vendor spaces as well. (Returning food trucks will be given priority.)

Registration Fees are donated to Operation Chillout. Indoor vendor spaces are available in Viking Hall. The space is air conditioned. Pavilion space is not available this year. For Outdoor Spaces - Pop-Up Tents are suggested – Bring your own tent and tools for setting up, Staple guns, tape, tents, tables, chairs, etc. VSF and Vasa Park personnel will not set up vendor tents and or transport any vendor displays and supplies to your location.

After submitting your information you will be redirected to PayPal. Please make your deposit there. You do not need to create a PayPal account to make your deposit (under "Choose a way to pay" select "Pay with a debit or credit card"). PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.
VENDOR ITEMS
You are only allowed to sell the items that are approved from your application. The Vendor Committee will notify you, and list your approved items in your official contract. The VETS SUMMER FEST Vendor Committee reserves the right to limit the activities presented and merchandise sold. For example: bats, swords, guns, knives, drugs, water guns and any inflatable items are not to be sold or otherwise distributed.

- I understand this is a Rain or Shine Event and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
- I understand that Vasa Park does not allow dogs to enter, with the exception of trained service animals with certification documents presented to park staff.
- I understand that my information may be given to other organizations that have vendor opportunities that support homeless veterans.

Hello 2025 Vendors. Here are your instructions for the day of the event:

Setup times:

1. You can setup your location with your tables & tents in advance – on Friday morning (9/19/25) from 9AM-12PM) or Saturday night (9/20/25) from 2pm to 6:30pm. PLEASE NOTE Vets Summer Fest and Vasa Park are not responsible for your booth or its contents. We suggest you do not leave anything valuable at your location overnight.

2. Or Sunday, 9/21/25 from 8AM to 10AM. ALL Vendors MUST be in place and setup with “ALL” vehicles out of vendor area by 10:00AM. If you come after 10:00AM then you will have to carry your merchandise/displays into the park.

Rain or Shine (NO REFUNDS)
Location: VASA Park, 1 Wolfe Road, Budd Lake, NJ 07828
Once you arrive at the park, you will be greeted by the Vendor Committee and directed to your vendor location.
For outdoor vendors – Pop-Up Tents are allowed and suggested – Bring your own tools for setting up, Staple guns, tape, tents, tables, chairs, etc.
VSF and Vasa Park personnel will not set up vendor tents and or transport any vendor displays and supplies to your location.

NO VEHICLES can be on the festival grounds during the event – We have been advised by our local police department that this is for safety purposes.
Booth cleanup is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Dumpsters located at the front and rear of the grounds.
Vendor Parking – All vehicles must park in the Vendor Parking Area or General Parking Area.
NO VENDORS WILL BREAKDOWN before 4PM. We encourage all vendors to stay for the entire event to maximize their profit. We have live music playing right until 7pm (or later). Stay enjoy the fun!
If you choose to breakdown at 4pm then you must bring your vehicle to the Vendor Parking area and load your items there.

What is Vets Summer Fest?

Vets Summer Fest is an annual event that supports Operation Chillout, an all-volunteer outreach dedicated to ending to the crisis of homelessness for veterans across the states of NJ/PA/RI. It features live music, a craft show, car show, a kids zone, bike run and food.
